Falastine holds a BS in communication. She currently working with Wilmington Treatment Center, as a regional admissions coordinator.  She was the Crisis Program Manager for RHA Behavioral Health Service for many years where she managed and oversaw their 24/7/365 operations over 8 counties.

She has experience with intensive in-home care and developed the ACTT program serving our region. Her extensive work in strategic planning, program development, community networking, and providing access to services for over 15 years reflects her commitment to our community at large.
